How do I get NinjaMetrics?

Download NinjaMetrics free from the App Store. No account needed — just install and open the app.

What devices does it support?

NinjaMetrics runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 26 or later. Family Sharing is supported, so one Pro subscription covers your whole family.

What's free vs. Pro?

Freeincludes practice-mode timing, all 11 scoring formats, leaderboards, PB celebrations, data export (CSV & JSON), and iCloud sync.

Pro ($7.99/mo or $59.99/yr) adds competition mode, athlete analytics with skill radar charts, video comparison, competition import, split recording from video, transition tracking, and milestone badges.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NinjaMetrics, then tap Cancel Subscription.

You can also manage online at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Apple handles all billing and cancellations — we never see your payment information.

How do I restore purchases after reinstalling?

In the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Does my data sync across devices?

Yes. Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on each device and your athletes, courses, runs, and analytics will sync automatically. Video recordings stay on the device that captured them (they aren't synced through iCloud).

Which leagues and formats are supported?

Six leagues — WNL, NSC, UNAA, FINA, FISO, ANW— across 11 scoring formats. Each league's specific rules, retries, timer behavior, and penalties are built in.

Can I import competition results?

Pro users can import run data from WNL, FINA, NSC, and UNAA league platforms. Multi-division batch import and athlete matching across events are supported. If your event platform isn't supported yet, let us know using the form below.

I run a gym — can I get a bulk plan?

How is my data handled?

Your run data stays on your device and your own iCloud account. We don't operate servers that see it. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
