Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of NinjaMetrics (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (linked below). If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

NinjaMetrics is operated by NinjaMetrics. Contact information is at the bottom of this page.

The App is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement governs installation, use, and updates of the App. These Terms supplement it with information specific to NinjaMetrics — primarily around subscriptions and how we handle support inquiries.

NinjaMetrics offers an optional Pro subscription.

• Length: monthly or annual (auto-renewing)
• Price: $7.99 USD / month or $59.99 USD / year (prices may vary by region)
• Billing: charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before that end
• Manage or cancel: at any time in apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or on your iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NinjaMetrics
• Refunds: we don't issue refunds for partial periods; refund requests are handled by Apple under its standard policy
• Family Sharing: supported — one Pro subscription covers your Apple Family group

NinjaMetrics stores your run data on your device and, when enabled, syncs it via your personal iCloud account. We do not operate servers that store your in-app data.

The only data we receive directly is anonymous usage analytics and information you voluntarily send us through the support form. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what is and isn't collected.

The NinjaMetrics name, logo, and original content in the App are the property of NinjaMetrics.

League names, format names, and related trademarks — WNL, NSC, UNAA, FINA, FISO, and ANW — are the property of their respective organizations. Their inclusion in the App is for identification and interoperability purposes only and does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those organizations.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Competition timing and scoring should always be verified against official league results. NinjaMetrics is a training, analytics, and timing tool — it is not a replacement for league-sanctioned scoring systems.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
